Hi! My name is Moon and I'm looking for the perfect family. My mom says I'm the most outgoing pup in my litter and I have a zest for everything. Something about being dynamic and fun..... (What ever that means!) I am a very happy girl though! I'm curious and brave and silly and funny but love to snuggle when I'm sleepy. I want am looking
a home with an active family where I will have lots of attention.I WILL want to to be a part of everything going on. I'm fairly petite and will only be about 9 lbs when I'm full grown but don't let that fool you. I'm a BIG dog inside and have a big heart too.
If you know someone that might meet MY criteria, have them drop my mom a line! Until then, I'll just rule the roost here <grin>
Love,
MooneyMoon

I have been so busy that I haven't even posted on my blog to say WE HAVE NEW BABIES!
Ninifee and Champ have a new litter, they are one week old today. The pups were named in honor of Cowboy John who left us on earth today to be a Cowboy in heaven. John, you will be missed.
Okie is the boy, Star is the girl. Enjoy.

Chicks at 2 1/2 weeks old
They are getting so big! Feathers are replacing the baby down and they are leaping and flying over each other. I had to give them a taller box so they couldn't get out!

5 weeks
I guess the trick is to wake them and snap pictures before they realize what happened. =)
They are getting teeth and Windy isn't so keen on feeding them as much, so they got goats milk with some Grandma Lucy (freeze-dried grain free food) mixed in for a little texture. They are just learning to lick vs sucking so this is all new to them.
Here is this week's collage and I've uploaded some on Flicker at:

A room with a view
I got brave today and used the skill-saw! I've always been terrified of skill-saws, after watching my brother slice his leg with one. But the hand saw wasn't going to cut it (pun of course) so I pulled out the bad boy.
I got some wall bracing up and some of the foam board insulation in. I have to cover the insulation or the chickens will just eat it! I glued the window in but I need to paint the trim boards so it looks pretty gross with the black glue showing right now. It will look nice when the trim is on. You can see in the pictures what a nice view everyone will have with the big acrylic window. Charm and Candy are showing you how well they'll be able to keep an eye on the chickens in the house. =) I hung the door to the nests with hinges and also the door to feed the chickens on hinges.
Seems like I'll never get this done!
